Craps is a dice game that is played with two dice. The object is to bet on the outcome of the roll. Craps was originally called crapaud, which literally translates to “the toad” in English, since it is a game with lots of ups and downs.

The player can wager any number or combination of numbers, including betting that the numbers will be repeated in order – for example betting on 4 and 10 produces the same result as 24.
